INGREDIENTS: Oil, Chicken(skin out), Corn flour, Green Chilly Paste, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala, Dhaniya powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander, Carrot,Cabbage

PREPARATION:
  • Take medium chicken pieces, clean well in water
  • Magnet chicken by adding ginger garlic paste, garam masla, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, green chilly paste, salt mix well and keep it in cooker for 3 vijils (dnt add water)
  • Now mix cornflour in water, take out the pieces from cooker after it gets cooled, now dip them in cornflour water and deep fry in oil until golden brown, take out on an paper napkin plate, now the dish is ready
  • Garnish it with coriander, onion rings, grated carrot and cabbage
