INGREDIENTS: Dry fish pieces (yendu bommidi chepala mukkalu), Oil, Green chilly, Onions, Ginger garlic paste, Tamarind paste, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala, Fenu greek powder (Menthulu), Jeera powder (cumin seeds), Dry coconut powder, Salt, Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Keep oil in a kadai on stove, let it heat now deep fry dry fish pieces in it and take out in an paper napkin plate
  • Take a frying pan, pour 3- spoons of oil into it, add chopped onions, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, then deep fried fish pieces, and mix well
  • Now to the same pan, add tamarind paste/juice, dhaniya(coriander) powder, garam masala, menthi (fenugreek seeds) powder, Jeera powder, dry coconut powder, salt, water and saute well all the ingredients
  • Finally garnish with coriander and serve
