INGREDIENTS: Bone less Chicken, Pepper, Turmeric powder, Lemons, Green chilly, Salt, Oil, Onions, Coriander, Curry leaves

PREPARATION:
  • Take boneless chicken into a bowl and magnet it using pepper, turmeric powder, lemon juice (3-4 lemons for 1/2 kilo chicken), outer layer of lemon cutted into thin pieces (of around 7-8 pieces), green chillies cutted into long pieces, pinch of salt
  • Mix well and let it get magneted for around 30 minutes
  • Now take a kadai, pour 3-4 spoons of oil, later add curry leaves, chopped onion, turmeric powder, coriander mix well once they all get fried, add magneted chicken into the frying kadai mix well, and close the lid till chicken gets cooked (takes bit long time for cooking)
  • Garnish with outer layers of lemon (cutted into thin layers), coriander. Serve hot
