INGREDIENTS: Boneless Fish, Oil, Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Vam, Red chilly powder, Water, Chat masala, Senagapindi (gram flour), , Gram masala, Dhaniya powder


PREPARATION:
  • Take abowl, add senagapindi into it
  • To the same, add 1/2 t spoon of vam, ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and mix well
  • Now add little water into it and make it as an batter
  • Place bone less fish pieces into it fully and leave it aside
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes
  • Now heat oil for deep fry
  • Add one by one piece and deep fry till golden brown
  • Take out in an paper palte napkin to drain off excess oil
  • Dish out into serving bowl, sprinkle chat masala on it
  • Garnish with onion rings and lemon
  • Serve hot..
