INGREDIENTS: Chicken, Oil, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Red chilly powder, Turmeric, Onions, Garam masala


PREPARATION:
  • Take a bowl, add cleaned chicken
  • Now lets marinate it by adding pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste for 20 minutes
  • Place a frying pan on flame, haet 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Now add marinated chicken and saute it
  • Give seasoning by adding pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, garam masala and mix well
  • Cook till soft and dish out
  • Garnish with coriander and serve
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis....
