PREPARATION:
- Marinate chicken by addind ginger garlic paste, red chilly paste, garam masala, jeera powder, turmeric, salt for 10 minutes
- Place kadai on flame, heat 5-6 spoons of oil
- Boil chopped onions, pinch of salt and close the lid for 5- 10 minutes and cook in low flame
- Now add split green chilly, marinated chicken pieces and saute slowly
- Close the lid for 20 minutes
- Now add tamarind juice, poppy seeds paste and mix well
- Finally give seasoning by sprinkling pinch of salt, garam masala, chopped coriander
- Close the lid and cook for 2 more minutes
- Dish out and serve..
- Goes good with any rice, chapathis..
