INGREDIENTS: Country chicken pieces ( natu kodi mukkalu), Oil, Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Onions, Red chilly paste, Jeer apowder, Garam masala, Turmeric, Tamarind juice, Poppy seeds paste (gasagasalu paste), Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Marinate chicken by addind ginger garlic paste, red chilly paste, garam masala, jeera powder, turmeric, salt for 10 minutes
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 5-6 spoons of oil
  • Boil chopped onions, pinch of salt and close the lid for 5- 10 minutes and cook in low flame
  • Now add split green chilly, marinated chicken pieces and saute slowly
  • Close the lid for 20 minutes
  • Now add tamarind juice, poppy seeds paste and mix well
  • Finally give seasoning by sprinkling pinch of salt, garam masala, chopped coriander
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 more minutes
  • Dish out and serve..
  • Goes good with any rice, chapathis..
