INGREDIENTS: Thotakura (amarnath leaves), Palakura (spinach leaves), Chukka aaku, Gongura, Coriander leaves, Green chillies, onions, tomatoes, Ginger garlic paste, Oil, Mutton, Salt, Turmeric

PREPARATION:
  • Place cooker on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil
  • Add mutton pieces, chopped onions and fry
  • Now add cut tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric and saute well
  • Then add all the 5 types of chopped leaves
  • Mix well,add green chillies, 1/2 glass of water
  • Close the lid and wait for 3 whistles
  • Off flame and leave it aside for 10 minutes
  • Open lid mix well and dish out
  • Serves good with rotis, chapathis,rice...
  • Healthy healthy mutton fry is reay to eat now
