INGREDIENTS: Boneless chicken, Ginger garlic paste, salt, Red chilly powder, Eggs, Corainder, Turmeric, Green chillies, Garam masala, Lemon, Maida (maize flour), Oil

PREPARATION:
  • In an mixy jar, add fresh cleanes boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, coriander, egg yolks, turmeric and grind it as an fine paste
  • Now take the grinded paste into an bowl
  • Add chopped green chillies, garam masala, lemon juice or amchur powder and mix well
  • Now using the mix, make small patties (cutlets, or your own shapes)
  • Repeat the process for whole paste
  • Now dip them in maida powder (just for binding)
  • Place tawa on flame, heat 4-5 spoons of oil
  • Place prepared patties one by one and roast them on both sides
  • Once they turn goldish brown, dish out into an serving plate
  • Garnish with onion rings and coriander
  • Squeeze lemon before serving...
  • Now chicken tawa kebab is ready to eat
