INGREDIENTS: Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Grated boiled alu, Red capsicums, Yellow capsicums, Green capsicums, Mushrooms, Butter, Oil

PREPARATION:
  • In a bowl, add egg yolk, salt, pepper and beat well
  • Now add grated alu and beat again
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat little oil
  • Add cut capsisums of three colours (just for look), cut mushrooms and saute well
  • Now pour the egg yolk contents on the top
  • Roast it on both sides using butter
  • Roll it and serve..
  • Mexican omelet is ready to eat now
