PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, add egg yolk, salt, pepper and beat well
- Now add grated alu and beat again
- Place frying pan on flame, heat little oil
- Add cut capsisums of three colours (just for look), cut mushrooms and saute well
- Now pour the egg yolk contents on the top
- Roast it on both sides using butter
- Roll it and serve..
- Mexican omelet is ready to eat now
