PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 3-4 spoons of oil
- Add cleaned prawns, fry for a while
- Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 more minutes
- In mixy jar add dhaniya, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, Elachi and make it into a fine powder
- Add this powder in to the frying pan
- Now add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric and saute it
- Finally add 1 t glass of water and bring it to boil for 5 minutes
- Off flame, cool it and grind well into fine paste
- Make the paste into small balls of jamun size till the whole dough
- Now take bread slices, remove the brown edges of it
- Dip the slice in water and squeeze the water completely to soften bread
- Place the prawn ball into bread slice
- Roll it into your own shape, make such till all the balls finish
- Beat 2 eggs in an bowl seperately
- Dip the prepraed balls in egg yolk
- Now deep fry in oil till golden brown
- Garnish with onion carrot slices
- Serve s good with tomato ketchup..
