INGREDIENTS:  


For sauce:
¼ th cup sugar,
2 tb spn soya sauce,
2 tb spn rice wine vinegar
2 tb spn ketchup,
1 tb spn lemon juice,
2 tb spn sesame oil (nuvvula nune),
1 tb spn mustard, 
2 cloves garlic,
2 tb spn brown sugar

For Chicken stir fry:
2 tb spn olive oil,
2 chicken breasts, cubed
½ cup mushrooms,
½ onion, chopped finely
6 large leaves of lettuce

PREPARATION:

·        Dissolve the ingredients for sauce in half a cup of warm water and set aside
·        Combine mustard and garlic chopped with a teaspoon of hot water and set aside
·        Heat oil in a pan, sauté chicken, mushrooms, onion, add soya sauce, brown sugar and wine vinegar and stir fry
·        Garnish with lettuce and serve hot with sauce
