INGREDIENTS: Fish pieces, Fish masala, Oil, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander

  • Clean fish pieces properly
  • Take them into bowl, add fish pieces, pinch of salt, turmeric, fish masala (available in markets)
  • Marinate for 1 or 2 hours
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown
  • If not shallow fry on tawa till roasted in medium flame
  • Dish out and garnish with coriander
  • Serve hot..
