INGREDIENTS: Boiled Eggs, Onions, Tomato, Green chilly, Salt, Turmeric, Red chilly power, Jeera (cumin seeds), Coriander

PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on flame
  • Heat 2 spoons of oil, add jeera
  • Ad cut onions, green chillies and fry till transparent
  • Add chopped tomatoes an saute for a while
  • Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric and mix well
  • Make slits or small cuts on boiled eggs and add to the kadai
  • Close the lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes
  • Add chopped coriander, mix well and dish out
  • Serve hot with rice, chapathis, rotis...
