INGREDIENTS: Avalu (mustard), Cumin (jeera), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Chenna dal (bengal gram), Oil, Salt, Green chillies, Onions, Lemon, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Coriander, Leftout dosas (or) dosa batter





PREPARATION:

  • If u have thick dosas readily, cut them into pieces

  • If not make thick dosas using dosa batter

  • Place frying pan or kadai on flame

  • Heat 2 spoons of oil

  • Add mustard, cumin, urad and chenna dals

  • Let them all splutter

  • Add curry leaves, chopped onions and green chillies

  • Fry for a while

  • Add turmeric, salt and mix well

  • Add cut pieces of dosas, mix well

  • Off flame, add lemon (optional) and dish out

  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot..

  • Tasty tasty dosa roast is ready to serve

  • Tastes good when hot
