INGREDIENTS: Avalu (mustard), Cumin (jeera), Urad dal (vudhipappu), Chenna dal (bengal gram), Oil, Salt, Green chillies, Onions, Lemon, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Coriander, Leftout dosas (or) dosa batter
PREPARATION:
- If u have thick dosas readily, cut them into pieces
- If not make thick dosas using dosa batter
- Place frying pan or kadai on flame
- Heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add mustard, cumin, urad and chenna dals
- Let them all splutter
- Add curry leaves, chopped onions and green chillies
- Fry for a while
- Add turmeric, salt and mix well
- Add cut pieces of dosas, mix well
- Off flame, add lemon (optional) and dish out
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot..
- Tasty tasty dosa roast is ready to serve
- Tastes good when hot
