PREPARATION:
- Boil potatoes in cooker and mash them softly in a bowl
- To the same bowl add grated carrot, paneer, t spn garam masala, chopped cashew pieces, coriander, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, chopped green chilly, pinch of orange food colour diluted in water or milk, jeera, 3-4 spoons of corn flour
- Mix all the ingredients like an fine dough
- Now make them into small balls of your own size
- Finally deep fry the balls in oil and take out in an paper napkin plate to drain out excess oil
- Delicious paneer balls are ready to serve now with tomato ketchup
