INGREDIENTS: Oil, Mustard (avalu), Jeera (cumin), Coconut, Capsicums, Tomato, Poppy seeds
(gasagasalu), Coriander, Onions, Curry leaves, Legumes (pappulu / putnala pappu), Green chillies



PREPARATION:
  • Place an frying pan

  • Heat 3 table spoons of oil

  • Add mustard , cumin , let them flutter

  • Add curry leaves, Chopped onions, Cut capsicum and fry till capsicum is cooked

  • Add cut tomato pieces and saute for awhile

  • In a mixy jar grind coconut, salt, green chilly, 1 tbl spoon of legumes (optional) to fine paste

  • Add cut onions and half grind as kacha pacha

  • Add this paste into the frying pan and mix well

  • Saute as tomato dsnt crush

  • Dish out , garnish with coriander and serve

  • Goes well with cooked rice, chapathis..
