(gasagasalu), Coriander, Onions, Curry leaves, Legumes (pappulu / putnala pappu), Green chillies
PREPARATION:
- Place an frying pan
- Heat 3 table spoons of oil
- Add mustard , cumin , let them flutter
- Add curry leaves, Chopped onions, Cut capsicum and fry till capsicum is cooked
- Add cut tomato pieces and saute for awhile
- In a mixy jar grind coconut, salt, green chilly, 1 tbl spoon of legumes (optional) to fine paste
- Add cut onions and half grind as kacha pacha
- Add this paste into the frying pan and mix well
- Saute as tomato dsnt crush
- Dish out , garnish with coriander and serve
- Goes well with cooked rice, chapathis..
