INGREDIENTS: Oil, Green chilly, Coking soda, Besan flour / Senagapindi / Gram flour,  Dry Coconut, Salt, Jeera, Garlic , Tamarind



PREPARATION:
  • Prepare batter using gram flour, salt and water

  • Add pinch of cooking soda and mix well

  • Make straight slit on green chillies

  • Remove seeds from it

  • Grind well coconut, garlic, tamarind,salt, jeera to fine powder

  • Place this mix in green chillies

  • Dip it in the batter and deep fry in oil

  • Deep fry in medium flame till golden brown

  • Dish out , garnish with chopped onion and lemon juice

  • Serve hot hot....

  • Can take along with popcorn or murmuras as side dish

  • Mouth watering hot hot masala mirchi bajjis are ready now..
