PREPARATION:
- Prepare batter using gram flour, salt and water
- Add pinch of cooking soda and mix well
- Make straight slit on green chillies
- Remove seeds from it
- Grind well coconut, garlic, tamarind,salt, jeera to fine powder
- Place this mix in green chillies
- Dip it in the batter and deep fry in oil
- Deep fry in medium flame till golden brown
- Dish out , garnish with chopped onion and lemon juice
- Serve hot hot....
- Can take along with popcorn or murmuras as side dish
- Mouth watering hot hot masala mirchi bajjis are ready now..
