INGREDIENTS: Chukka aku leaves, Dry coconut, salt, Green chilly, Dhaniya (coriander seeds), Onions,
Mustard seeds (avalu), Cumin seeds (jeera), Curry leaves, Pesara pappu (green gram dal)




PREPARATION:


  • Soak green gram dal in water for an hour and boil for 1 whistle (or) can be used directly also

  • Grind dry coconut, dhaniya, salt, green chilly, in an mixy jar using little water without onions

  • Now add cut onions at last and grind for a second (as kacha pacha)

  • By just turning back your mixy button

  • Now take the mix into a bowl

  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 3 spoons of oil

  • Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, wai till they splitter

  • Add green gram dal and wait till they cook

  • Now add the grinded paste and cook till onion becomes soft

  • Then add chopped chukka aku and saute it

  • Cook till it becomes soft for a while, off flame

  • Dishout and serve

  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
