PREPARATION:
- Place kada on flame
- Heat 2 tbl spns of oil
- Add mustard, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves
- Let them Splutter and raost
- Add cut green chilly and onions fry till onion turns brown
- Now add turmeric powder, sallt and close the lid of kadai for few minutes,
- Take out the lid mix well and cook for few more minutes till soft
- Add roasted and grinded seasame powder of 1 tbl spn
- Mix well and off the flame
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Serve with cooked rice, or chapathi
