INGREDIENTS:  Oil, Mustard(avalu), Cumin (jeera), Urad dal, Bengal gram (senaga ballu), Onion, Green
chilly, Ridge guard (beerakaya), Seasame (white nuvvulu), Salt, Turmeric powder, Curry leef, Coriander





PREPARATION:

  • Place  kada on flame

  • Heat 2 tbl spns of oil

  • Add mustard, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram, curry leaves

  • Let them Splutter and raost

  • Add cut green chilly and onions fry till onion turns brown

  • Now add turmeric powder, sallt and close the lid of kadai for few minutes,

  • Take out the lid mix well and cook for few more minutes till soft

  • Add roasted and grinded seasame powder of 1 tbl spn

  • Mix well and off the flame

  • Garnish with chopped coriander

  • Serve with cooked rice, or chapathi
