Jeera powder (cumin powder)
PREPARATION:
- Take a bowl
- Add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, little jeera powder, PInch of cooking soda
- Make this to an fine batter using water
- Cut onions into slices
- Remove the layers
- Dip the layers in batter and deep fry in oil
- Make such as many as required
- Fry in medium flame till golden brown
- Dish out to an paper plate napkin
- Serves good with tomato ketchup....
- Goes well into snack boxes for kids ...
