INGREDIENTS: Onions, Gram flour (senagapindi), Salt, Cooking soda, Water, Oil, Red chilly powder,
Jeera powder (cumin powder)





PREPARATION:

  • Take a bowl

  • Add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, little jeera powder, PInch of cooking soda

  • Make this to an fine batter using water

  • Cut onions into slices

  • Remove the layers

  • Dip the layers in batter and deep fry in oil

  • Make such as many as required

  • Fry in medium flame till golden brown

  • Dish out to an paper plate napkin

  • Serves good with tomato ketchup....
