PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat butter, add onions, capsicum and fry till soft
- Add green chillies, corn and fry till dry
- Add salt, red chilly powder, tomato ketchup and mix well
- Finally ad dried oregano (optional)
- Dish out and garnish with coriander..
- Arrange tortila chips in an serving plate
- Give topping with the prepared corn fry
- Corn chat is ready to serve now...
- You can avoid green chilly when preparing for kids
