chilly, Salt, Turmeric powder, Curry leaf, Coriander, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Sorakaya / bottle guard
PREPARATION:chilly, Salt, Turmeric powder, Curry leaf, Coriander, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Sorakaya / bottle guard
- Place kadai on flame
- Heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add mustard, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram
- Let it fry then add curry leaf, cut green chilly, chopped onions fry till onion turns brown.
- Add cut bottle guard pieces
- Add turmeric, sallt and close the lid of kadai for 15 minutes
- Take out the lid and mix well and cook for few more minutes till soft
- Finally add chopped coriander
- Serve with rice, or chapathi
