INGREDIENTS: Oil, Mustard(avalu), Cumin (jeera), Urad dal, Bengal gram (senaga ballu), Onion, Green
chilly, Salt, Turmeric powder, Curry leaf, Coriander, Jeera powder, Dhaniya powder, Sorakaya / bottle guard


PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on flame

  • Heat 4-5 spoons of oil in it, add mustard, jeera, urad dal, bengal gram

  • Let it fry then add curry leaf, cut green chilly, chopped onions fry till onion turns brown.

  • Add cut bottle guard pieces

  • Add turmeric, sallt and close the lid of kadai for 15 minutes

  • Take out the lid and mix well and cook for few more minutes till soft

  • Finally add chopped coriander

  • Serve with rice, or chapathi
