PREPARATION:
- Cut thambakaya (looks similar to mottikaya), and mamidi allam into long pieces
- Place them in a bowl
- Add salt, green chilly paste, lemon juice and mix well
- Let it stay for one day...
- Thambakaya pickle is ready to serve now...
