Instant summer cooler from heat, relaxes well and reduces heat from the body

INGREDIENTS: Thatiginjalu (thatimunjalu), Milk, Sugar (or honey)

PREPARATION:

  • Peel of the outer layer of thatiginjalu or thatimunjalu
  • Cut or chop them into small cubes
  • Add boiled and cooled milk into a glass
  • Add cut thatiginjala pieces, suagr or honey
  • Mix well all the ingredients
  • Refrigerate till cool
