PREPARATION:
- Cut mangoes into small pieces
- Take a bowl, ad cut mango pieces into it
- Add salt, red chilly powder and mix well
- Place small spatula on flame
- Add 5-6 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, pinch of hing
- Add beaten garlic cloves to the spatula, off flame
- Add this into the mangoes pieces bowl
- Mix well and can be served immediately
- Tastes good with hot hot rice, yupma ...
