INGREDIENTS: Raw mangoes  (bengaluru mamidikayalu), Oil, Salt, Red chilly powder, Hing (inguva), Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Garlic

PREPARATION:

  • Cut mangoes into small pieces 
  • Take a bowl, ad cut mango pieces into it
  • Add salt, red chilly powder and mix well
  • Place small spatula on flame
  • Add 5-6 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, pinch of hing
  • Add beaten garlic cloves to the spatula, off flame
  • Add this into the mangoes pieces bowl
  • Mix well and can be served immediately
  • Tastes good with hot hot rice, yupma ...
