Raw mango amla is a combination of
mango slices in suagr, salt, hing and chillypowders,  very tastesy to eat, Good for digestion, Reduces heavyness in stomac, Controls if any vomit sensation, Ladies feels to eat at the time of pregnency and tatse good for the tongue.., Can be taken for journeys ..

INGREDIENTS:  Raw Green Mango, Salt, Red chilly powder, Rasam powder, Sugar, Hing (Inguva)

PREPARATION:
  • Cut mango into thin slices
  • Take them into a bowl
  • Add required quantities of salt, red chilly powder and rasam powder
  • Add 2 tbl spoons of sugar (for 1 cup of mango pieces), T spoon hing
  • Mix well all togeather
  • Place dry cover or sheet in sun light
  • Place them on the sheet and spread thinly all over the sheet
  • Let them pat dry till moisture evaporates completely
  • Takes 3-4 days in medium sun light
  • Store them in an container 
  • Stays for around an year when dried properly..
