INGREDIENTS: Raw Green Mango, Salt, Red chilly powder, Rasam powder, Sugar, Hing (Inguva)
- Cut mango into thin slices
- Take them into a bowl
- Add required quantities of salt, red chilly powder and rasam powder
- Add 2 tbl spoons of sugar (for 1 cup of mango pieces), T spoon hing
- Mix well all togeather
- Place dry cover or sheet in sun light
- Place them on the sheet and spread thinly all over the sheet
- Let them pat dry till moisture evaporates completely
- Takes 3-4 days in medium sun light
- Store them in an container
- Stays for around an year when dried properly..
