Left out with  plain cooked rice at home, heres an simple recepie for it,

INGREDIENTS: Oil, Cooked rice, Peanuts (chenaga ginjalu / groundnuts), Legumes (pappulu / veri senagullu), Curry leaves, Salt, Red chilly powder, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Yuppu merapakayalu / curd chillies (optional)

PREPARATION:
  • Place plastic cover or plate and sun dry rice thinly
  • Pat dry completely till moisture is evaporated
  • Place kadai on flame, heat oil for eep fry
  • Now deep fry the dried rice in it
  • This is called annam borugulu
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoon of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, peanuts, legumes, curd chillies and fry till roasted
  • Add salt , red chilly powder and mix well
  • Add deep fried annam borugulu and mix slowly in low flame
  • Now the snack is ready to dish out
  • Cool it and store in an container 
  • Stays for 1 month and above
  • Addition of deep fried pithiballu, cashews makes snack more delicious
