INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup of Bengal Gram flour (besan), 1/3rs cup of Ghee, Pinch of cardamon / elachi powder, 3/4 th cup of powdered Sugar
PREPARATION:
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat ghee and add besan powder and fry for 3-4 minutes in medium flame
- Cool it and add sugar, elachi powder and mix well
- Now make them into equal portions
- Shape them into laddus or any own shapes..
- Store them in an container
- Can even add fried cashews if interested..
- Yummy yummu laddus are ready to eat now !!!!!!!
