These laddus are popular all over North India,

INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup of Bengal Gram flour (besan), 1/3rs cup of Ghee, Pinch of cardamon / elachi powder, 3/4 th cup of powdered Sugar

PREPARATION:
  • Place frying pan on flame
  • Heat ghee and add besan powder and fry for 3-4 minutes in medium flame
  • Cool it and add sugar, elachi powder and mix well
  • Now make them into equal portions
  • Shape them into laddus or any own shapes..
  • Store them in an container
  • Can even add fried cashews if interested..
  • Yummy yummu laddus are ready to eat now !!!!!!!
