INGREDIENTS: Gobi / Cauliflower, Salt, Chat masala, Oil, Turmeric
PREPARATION:
- Remove cauliflower into small florets
- Boil in water for 5 minutes by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
- Off flame, drain off water completely
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat a spoon of oil
- Add boiled gobi florets and fry in low flame till water evaporates completely
- Add required amounts of salt and chat masala
- Mix well and dish out..
- Serves goos with rice, chapathis, or as it is as an snack for kids
