INGREDIENTS: Gobi / Cauliflower, Salt, Chat masala, Oil, Turmeric

PREPARATION:
  • Remove cauliflower into small florets
  • Boil in water for 5 minutes by adding pinch of salt and turmeric
  • Off flame, drain off water completely
  • Place frying pan on flame
  • Heat a spoon of oil
  • Add boiled gobi florets and fry in low flame till water evaporates completely
  • Add required amounts of salt and chat masala
  • Mix well and dish out..
  • Serves goos with rice, chapathis, or as it is as an snack for kids
