INGREDIENTS: Raw mango / Pachi Mamidikaya, Garlic cloves, Salt, Green chillies, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Chenna dal (senagaballu / bengal gram), Curry lreaves, Coriander, Oil, Red chillies
PREPARATION:
- Cut mango into pieces
- Take a mixy jar
- Add cut mango pieces, green chillies, salt
- Half Grind it ( as kacha pacha )
- Take it into a bowl
- Add popu / tadka to it
- Place small spatula on flame
- Heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add garlic cloves and let them fry
- Add curry leaves, deseeded cut red chillies, avalu, jeera, urad dal, chenna dal, coriander
- Let them all fry, off flame
- Add this into the grinded mix
- Mix well and serve
- Goes well with rice, chapathis, rottes...
- Stays for an week
- Place it in fridge once used
- Combination of legumes powder / gun powder / pappulapodi along with this chutney to plain hot hot cooked rice gives very yummy tatse
