INGREDIENTS: Raw mango  / Pachi Mamidikaya, Garlic cloves, Salt, Green chillies, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Chenna dal (senagaballu / bengal gram), Curry lreaves, Coriander, Oil, Red chillies

PREPARATION:

  • Cut mango into pieces

  • Take a mixy jar

  • Add cut mango pieces, green chillies, salt

  • Half Grind it ( as kacha pacha )

  • Take it into a bowl

  • Add popu / tadka to it

  • Place small spatula on flame

  • Heat 2 spoons of oil

  • Add garlic cloves and let them fry

  • Add curry leaves, deseeded cut red chillies,  avalu, jeera, urad dal, chenna dal, coriander

  • Let them all fry, off flame

  • Add this into the grinded mix

  • Mix well and serve

  • Goes well with rice, chapathis, rottes...

  • Stays for an week

  • Place it in fridge once used

  • Combination of legumes powder / gun powder / pappulapodi along with this chutney to plain hot hot cooked rice gives very yummy tatse
