INGREDIENTS: Godham pindi (atta, wheat flour), Salt, Oil, Green chilly paste, Thotakura (amaranth leaves), Jeera powder, Curd, Luke Warm Water

PREPARATION:

  • Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, green chilly paste, chopped amaranth leaves, pinch of jeera powder, 2 tabl spoons of curd

  • Mix well like chapathi dough using hot / luke warm water

  • Now make them like chapathis

  • Roast on both sides in an frying pan, using oil/ghee

  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or any light gravies..
