INGREDIENTS:  Alu - 4 medium, Garlic - 20 cloves, Jeera, Oil, Red chilly powder, Salt, Dry Coconut



PREPARATION:

  • Chop alu into pieces

  • Deep fry them in oil and place them in an paper plate napkin to observe excess oil

  • Crush garlic cloves into paste

  • Place frying pan on flame

  • Ad 2 tbl spns of oil, let it heat

  • Add jeera and fry

  • Add crushed garlic and fry for a while

  • Add salt, red chilly powder, dry coconut and mix well

  • Add deep fried alu and mix well

  • Hot hot garlic alu is ready to serve now..

  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis, as an snack ..
