INGREDIENTS: Raw Mango, Salt, Red chilly powder, Hing (inguva), Sugar
PREPARATION:

- Grate raw mangoes into a bowl
- Add required quantities of salt and red chilly powder
- Add 2 table spoons of sugar (or as per taste), little hing
- Mix well all the ingredients
- Place plastic cover in sun light
- Take small portion of prepared mix and place on it
- Make them into small vadas and place hole in the middle
- Let them pat dry in sun for 3-4 days
- Turn on to the other side in middle
- Once complete moisture is evaporated from them its the indication that they are dried
- Take out and store them in an container
- Stays for long period easily for an year if dried properly
