INGREDIENTS: Raw Mango, Salt, Red chilly powder, Hing (inguva), Sugar

PREPARATION:

  • Grate raw mangoes into a bowl

  • Add required quantities of salt and red chilly powder

  • Add 2 table spoons of sugar (or as per taste), little hing

  • Mix well all the ingredients

  • Place plastic cover in sun light

  • Take small portion of prepared mix and place on it

  • Make them into small vadas and place hole in the middle

  • Let them pat dry in sun for 3-4 days

  • Turn on to the other side in middle

  • Once complete moisture is evaporated from them its the indication that they are dried

  • Take out and store them in an container

  • Stays for long period easily for an year if dried properly
