PREPARATION:
- Cut bread into small cubes or pieces
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat 2 spoons of ghee
- Add the cut bread pieces and roast till golden brown
- Place them aside
- In the same pan
- Add 2 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera and let them splutter
- Add chopped onions, green chilly paste and fry for few minutes
- Add grated carrot, salt and cook till carrot is soft
- Add tomato and mix well
- Garnish with coriander and dish out
- Carrot bread roast is ready to serve now..
