INGREDIENTS: Ghee, Bread, Oil, Carrot, Salt, Green chilly paste, Cumin (jilakara), Avalu (mustard), Coriander, Onions, Tomato





PREPARATION:

  • Cut bread into small cubes or pieces

  • Place frying pan on flame

  • Heat 2 spoons of ghee

  • Add the cut bread pieces and roast till golden brown

  • Place them aside

  • In the same pan

  • Add 2 spoons of oil

  • Add avalu, jeera and let them splutter

  • Add chopped onions, green chilly paste and fry for few minutes

  • Add grated carrot, salt and cook till carrot is soft

  • Add tomato and mix well

  • Garnish with coriander and dish out

  • Carrot bread roast is ready to serve now..
