INGREDIENTS: Oil, Avalu (mustard), Jeera (cumin), Urad dal (vudhiballu), Curd /Yogurt (perugu),
Salt, Green chilly paste, Semiya /vermicelli, Onion , Coriander





PREPARATION:

  • In a bowl add semiya, water and let it stay for 20 minutes till soft

  • Drain water completely

  • Soak it in thick yogurt for 5 minutes

  • Add green chilly paste to it and mix well

  • Chop onions into thin cubes and add to it

  • Place small spatula on flame

  • Heat a spoons of oil, add avalu, jeera and let them splutter

  • Add urad dal and fry

  • Add this into the curd mix

  • Garnish with chopped coriander

  • Perugu semiya is ready to serve now..
