INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup boiled Corn kenals, 1/2 cup chopped Onions, 1/4th cup capsicum,
1-2 Green chillies, Salt, Red chilly powder, 1 tbl spn Tomato ketchup, 1/4 th t spn dried oregano (avlb in markets - optional), 1 tbl spn Butter, Coriander





PREPARATION:

  • Place frying pan on flame

  • Heat butter, add onions, capsicum and fry till soft

  • Add green chillies, corn and fry till dry

  • Add salt, red chilly powder, tomato ketchup and mix well

  • Finally ad dried oregano (optional)

  • Dish out and garnish with coriander..

  • Serve hot..
