PREPARATION:
- Cut alu, brinjal and tomato into long finger like pieces
- Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera and fry for awhile
- Add curry leaves, pinch of hing, t spn of jeera powder and cook
- Add cut alu pieces, sprinkle little water and cook by closing the lid for 5 minutes
- Add cut brinjal and again close the lid till alu and brinjal are cookes soft
- Add salt, tomato, red chilly powder and mix well
- Dish out and Garnish with coriander
- Serves good with chapathis, rice..
