PREPARATION:
- Cut beans, capsicums, onions into long pieces
- Cut raddish semi circular slices
- Place frying pan on flame
- Heat 2 tbl spoons of oil
- Add avalu, jeera, urad and chenna dals
- Let they splutter , then add curry leaves
- Add cut onions, red chillies and fry for awhile
- Add ginger garlic paste, pinch of hing and mix well
- Add cut raddish, beans, capsicum and mix well
- Add salt and turmeric, little water and mix
- Close the lid for 15 minutes till vegetables gets cooked in medium flame
- Finally add pinch of garam masala, 1 tbl spoon of roasted peanut powder and mix well
- Dish out and garnish with coriander ...
- Goes well with rice, chapathis ..
Never thought of combining beand, raddish and capsicum. Curry looks delicious. Will surely give a try.
