INGREDIENTS: Onions, Peanuts (ground nuts / senaga ginjalu), Salt, Red chillies, Tamarind paste, Dhaniyalu (coriander seeds)
PREPARATION:
- Fry groundnuts, red chillies, dhaniya and cool them
- Cut onions into cubes
- Take an mixy jar
- Add fried and cooled groudnuts, salt, red chillies, tamarind paste, dhaniya
- Grind it into fine paste
- Add cut onions and half grind them or can be grinded completely
- Take the mix into an bowl and serve
- Tastes good with rice, chapathis ...
- Can be served with raw onion for rice as a good combination
Hi,just a quick question..doesnt this require oil anywhere?? Do we have to dry fry groundnuts etc.,?
