HERES AN VERY HEALTHY CHUTNEY ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS USING PEANUTS AND RAW ONIONS, PEANUTS ARE VERY HEALTHY FOR CHILDREN, TRY TO USE PEANUTS ALONG WITH ITS SKIN (BROWN LAYER ON THE TOP) , ITS VERY STRENGTHY AND NUTRITIOUS TO HEALTH (EVEN FOR ELDERS)

INGREDIENTS: Onions, Peanuts (ground nuts / senaga ginjalu), Salt, Red chillies, Tamarind paste, Dhaniyalu (coriander seeds)



PREPARATION:

  • Fry groundnuts, red chillies, dhaniya and cool them

  • Cut onions into cubes

  • Take an mixy jar

  • Add fried and cooled groudnuts, salt, red chillies, tamarind paste, dhaniya

  • Grind it into fine paste

  • Add cut onions and half grind them or can be grinded completely

  • Take the mix into an bowl and serve

  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis ...

  • Can be served with raw onion for rice as a good combination
