INGREDIENTS:  Jeera(cumin seeds), Mustard seeds (avalu), Urad Dal, Senaga Ballu(bengal gram), Curry leaf, Oil, Coriander,Groudnuts, Salt, Tamarind Paste, Red Chilly

PREPARATION:

  • Place pan on flame, fry few peanuts and red chillies, cool them

  • Take an mixy jar, grind well groundnuts, red chilly, salt, tamarind,coconut (if interested) with required quantity of water

  • To the grinded chutney add thiruvatha/popu (take 2-3 spoons of oils in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, senaga ballu, curry leaf, coriander fry well) mix well

  • Can be served for Dosa/Poori/Idly/Rava Idly/Pesarattu..
