
PREPARATION:
- Cut bottle guard into cubes
 - Soak chenna in water for 8 hours or over night
 - Place cooker on flame
 - Add cut sorakaya pieces, chenna and boil for 3 whistles
 - Open the lid , drain out water completely
 - Place frying pan on flame
 - Heat 2 spoons of oil
 - Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves, Chopped onions, cut green chillies and saute for a while
 - Add pinch of turmeric, salt , dhaniya powder, boiled chenna and sorakaya
 - Fry till dry or little gravy like
 - Dish out and garnish with coriander
 - Chenna sorakaya is ready to serve now
 - Serve hot with rice, chapathis ...
