PREPARATION:
- Peel of the outer layer of cucumber (optional)
- Cut / chop cucumber into small cubes
- Add salt, green chilly paste, lemon juice and mix well
- Add fresh grated coconut and mix (optional)
- Garnish with coriander and serve !!!!
- Healthy cucumber salad is ready to eat now..
- Cucumber helps our body from dehyration
