INGREDIENTS: Cucumber, Salt, Lemon, Green chilly paste, Fresh coconut, Coriander



PREPARATION:

  • Peel of the outer layer of cucumber (optional)

  • Cut / chop cucumber into small cubes

  • Add salt, green chilly paste, lemon juice and mix well

  • Add fresh grated coconut and mix (optional)

  • Garnish with coriander and serve !!!!

  • Healthy cucumber salad is ready to eat now..

  • Cucumber helps our body from dehyration
