INGREDIENTS: Curd /Yogurt (perugu), Salt, Green chilly paste, Steamed idlies, Boondhi karapusa, Onion, Tomato, Coriander, Cucumber (optional)



PREPARATION:

  • In a bowl place idlies, salt, green chilly paste

  • Soak it in thick yogurt for 5 minutes

  • Chop onions, cucumber and tomato into thin cubes

  • Place one idly in one cup

  • Add chopped vegetables on the idlies before serving

  • Garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle boondhi kara on it

  • Serve The chat for snack or when some guests arrive home unexpectedly

  • Spicy perugu idlies are ready to eat now..

  • Cut idly along with vegetables and eat for good taste
