INGREDIENTS: Curd /Yogurt (perugu), Salt, Green chilly paste, Steamed idlies, Boondhi karapusa, Onion, Tomato, Coriander, Cucumber (optional)
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl place idlies, salt, green chilly paste
- Soak it in thick yogurt for 5 minutes
- Chop onions, cucumber and tomato into thin cubes
- Place one idly in one cup
- Add chopped vegetables on the idlies before serving
- Garnish with chopped coriander and sprinkle boondhi kara on it
- Serve The chat for snack or when some guests arrive home unexpectedly
- Spicy perugu idlies are ready to eat now..
- Cut idly along with vegetables and eat for good taste
