PREPARATION:
- Take mixy jar, grind well all the ingredients in to a fine paste other than tindora
- Now take cooker, into a bowl, keep tindora (cut as long pieces) and mix well with the grinded paste
- Boil it for 2 whistles, cool it
- Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled tindora mix gravy, fry for 4-5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with rice, chapathis..
USING MICRO WAVE:
- Mix tindora pieces and grinded paste
- Microwave it for 6 minutes
- Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled tindora mix gravy
- Now fry for 4-5 minutes
- Garnish with coriander
