INGREDIENTS: Dry coconut, Red chillies, Jagri (bellam), Dhaniya (coriander seeds), Salt, Tamarind paste, Onion, Turmeric powder, Garlic pieces, Tindora (dondakaya), Curry leaves, Coriander


PREPARATION:

  • Take mixy jar, grind well all the ingredients in to a fine paste other than tindora

  • Now take cooker, into a bowl, keep tindora (cut as long pieces) and mix well with the grinded paste

  • Boil it for 2 whistles, cool it

  • Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled tindora mix gravy, fry for 4-5 minutes

  • Garnish with coriander

  • Serve with rice, chapathis..

USING MICRO WAVE:

  • Mix tindora pieces and grinded paste

  • Microwave it for 6 minutes

  • Now take frying pan, heat 3-4 spoons of oil in it, add the boiled tindora mix gravy

  • Now fry for 4-5 minutes

  • Garnish with coriander
