INGREDIENTS: Besin flour (senagapindi), Salt, Red chlly powder, Meal maker, Oil, Curd, Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Coriander, Curry leaves, Green chillies, Red chillies



PREPARATION:

  • Soak meal makers in water for 10 minutes

  • Later squeeze out water and crush them into pieces

  • Prepare batter by adding cup of besin flour, salt, red chilly powder, crushed meal makers and mix well with little water

  • On your palm grease little oil or water , make small vadas and deep fry them in oil

  • Now in another bowl add curd, beat well

  • To the beaten curd, add salt chopped green chillies, coriander, curry leaves and mix

  • Then place small spatula on flame, heat a spoon of oil

  • Add avalu, jeera, red chillies and fry

  • Add this into the curd, mix well

  • Now finally soak deep fried meal maker vadas  in curd mix and serve

  • Now curd soya vada is ready to eat
