INGREDIENTS: Oil, Potato, Tamarind, Salt, Jeera(cumin seeds), Red Chilly powder, Dhaniya powder, Curry leaves, Coriander, Tomato sauce, Spring Onion(vulli kura)



PREPARATION:Bold
  • Cut potatoes into fingers and boil them for 3-4 mins, add a pinch of salt while boiling
  • Dry them and deep fry in oil, place on a paper napkin to observe excess oil, keep aside
  • Now take another pan, add 3 spoons of oil in it, then add jeera, curry leaf, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder,2 spoons of tamarind juice and mix well
  • Finally add deep fried alu pieces into it and mix well
  • Garnish with coriander/spring onion and serve with tomoto sauce (if interested)
