INGREDIENTS: Noodles, Oil, Ginger garlic paste, Beans, Carrot, Capsicums, Cabbage, White pepper, Salt, Sugar, Aja-na-moto, White vinegar, Chilly sauce, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce, Corn flour, Maida
PREPARATION:
· Boil noodles in water by adding 1 t spn oil
· Drain water and place under colander or running water or tap
· Deep fry them in oil without breaking and take out into an paper plate napkin to drain out excess oil
· Now Julian(long and thin) cut all the vegetables
· Place frying pan on flame, heat 2 spoons of oil
· Add ginger garlic paste, cut vegetables and sauté well
· Add white pepper, pinch of salt, aja-na-moto, t spn sugar, vinegar and sauté
· Add ½ t cup water and bring to boil
· Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce cook well till vegetables soften
· Now for thickening mix 2 spoons of corn flour in water and add it into the frying pan and mix till thickens
· Sauce is ready to serve now
· Now place fried noodles in an serving plate
· Add prepared sauce as topping on the noodles and serve
· Yummy yummy American choupsy is ready to eat now
