INGREDIENTS: Avalu (mustard seeds), Jeera (cumin seeds), Oil, Curry leaves, Green chillies, Tindora (dhondakaya), Turmeric, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Onions, Coriander, Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder

PREPARATION:
  • Place kadai on flame, heat 4-5 table spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, jeera, curry leaves and fry
  • Add cut onions, green chillies and fry
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes
  • Add turmeric , salt and mix well
  • Add long cut tindora peces and fry till cooked in medium flame by closing the lid
  • Add jeera powder, dhaniya powder and saute for few minutes
  • Add coriander, off flame, dish out
  • Tastes good with rice, chapathis..
