INGREDIENTS: Paneer 100 gms, Cheese 50 gms, Cream 50 gms, Hybrid Tomatoes 4, Red chilly powder, salt as required, Kasurimethi 1 t spn, Ginger garlic paste 1 t spn, Sugar 1 tbl spn, Menthi podi (fenu greek seeds powder) - pinch (if added more makes the curry bitter / chedhu )


PREPARATION:
  • Make tomato puree by boiling tomatoes
  • To that add, fried ginger garlic paste, cheese and mix well
  • Add methi powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix again 
  • Add Cream , sugar and saute it and keep aside
  • Makhani gray is ready now
  • Place kadai on flame, fry paneer cubes
  • Now add the prepared makhani gravy on paneer and cook for some time
  • If gravy is much pouring in consistency add 1 table spoon of diluted corn flour for thickness (optional)
  • Off flame, dish out 
  • Garnish with spring onions, Fresh cream and serve
  • Tastes good with rotis, naans, chapathis..
