INGREDIENTS
: Baby Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Red Chilly powder, Chat masala

PREPARATION:
  • Pressure cook baby potatoes for 2 whistles in cooker 
  • Cool them, peel of the skin
  • Make holes using fork on the potatoes
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown
  • Dish out, sprinkle salt and red chilly powder or can be replace with chat masala for kids
  • Serve hot using green chutney / pudhina / mint chutney or tomato ketchup..
