INGREDIENTS: Baby Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Red Chilly powder, Chat masala
PREPARATION:
- Pressure cook baby potatoes for 2 whistles in cooker
- Cool them, peel of the skin
- Make holes using fork on the potatoes
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown
- Dish out, sprinkle salt and red chilly powder or can be replace with chat masala for kids
- Serve hot using green chutney / pudhina / mint chutney or tomato ketchup..
